A C-23 Ornamental Metal license (16 CCR §832.23) authorizes a contractor to assemble, cast, cut, shape, stamp, forge, weld, fabricate, and install brass, bronze, copper, cast iron, wrought iron, stainless steel, and other metals for the architectural and decorative treatment of structures.
