About this Delaware Master Electrician prep
This prep is built specifically for the Delaware Master Electrician examination and includes a 18,000+-word study guide written for this exam, 4 full-length practice exams and 320 practice questions, each with a written explanation.
The Delaware Master Electrician is administered by Delaware DPR Board of Electrical Examiners / Prov CIB 2025.06.24. Master electrician: 80 Q / 3 hours (180 min) / 75% (60 of 80). Open book on the bulletin: NEC 2020 and American Electrician's Handbook 17th. Board rule 1400-4.0 still says NEC only; follow the bulletin reference list for the appointment and re-check it. Not PSI. Not the journeyperson paper (70 Q, different mix). Not limited, residential, or master-special. Mix: general knowledge 19 / plan reading 4 / equipment 5 / wiring and protection 15 / wiring methods 15 / motors and controls 7 / special conditions 4 / special equipment 4 / special occupancies 4 / communications 3. Insurance: masters carry at least $300,000 general liability (1400-6.0); journeypersons are exempt. Field code adoptions do not replace this bulletin's 2020 NEC.. This prep is written to that board’s current scope, not to a generic national syllabus.
The real Delaware Master Electrician exam contains 80 questions, with a passing score of 75%. Our practice exams mirror that structure so the format is familiar before you sit it.
