About this New Mexico MM-98 Mechanical Contractor prep

The New Mexico MM-98 Mechanical (four PSI parts) is administered by PSI NM contractor bulletin 808, copyright 2026, updated 4/3/2026. Four separate open-book parts, each fee $68.88. MM-1 plumbing 100 Q / 250 min / 75% (75). MM-2 natural gas 100 / 255 / 75. MM-3 HVAC 100 / 245 / 75. MM-4 process pipe 90 / 235 / 75% (68 of 90). Not one combination clock. B&L separate 50/130/75. Exam books are the 2021 UPC and UMC and the NMAC volumes the bulletin dates 2015, not the 2024 permit codes, unless a newer bulletin replaces 808. MM-4 does not allow the UPC. MM-1 does not allow OSHA 1926 or the plumber math textbook.. This prep is written to that board’s current scope, not to a generic national syllabus.
The real New Mexico MM-98 Mechanical Contractor exam contains 100 questions, with a passing score of 75%. Our practice exams mirror that structure so the format is familiar before you sit it.
