Interested In Become An RMO?

We connect licensed contractors like you with companies in need of a qualified RMO. Once you’re introduced to the corporation’s owner and a working agreement is established, we assist with all the required paperwork for the CSLB and ensure everything is completed until the license is issued.

Becoming an RMO is a legal pathway to helping businesses obtain their contractor’s license while maintaining compliance with CSLB rules and regulations.

Plus, you can qualify up to three construction companies per year.

The RMO and construction company must comply with CSLB laws, rules and regulations, and all local, state, federal and all other applicable laws.

Process to Become

How Does It Work?

When you join our program, you will be matched with a company or contractor who needs a qualifier that holds your specific classification(s).

How many licenses can I qualify for?

You can qualify for up to three license in any one-year period.

Can I disassociate from the company?

Yes, you can disassociate from the company at any given time. The RMO agreement includes a termination and/or contract cancellation clause (in accordance to your requirements).
